In this lesson, students explore the concept of events by relating them to Rube Goldberg machines before writing code in a TouchDevelop tutorial.

Objectives

Students will be able to:

  • Identify an event

  • Write the code for events in TouchDevelop

  • Describe what is meant by a random number within a range
